The key to the success of any account is to employ qualified support staff and Managers to oversee customer accounts on a daily basis. Over the years, ISS has developed a tried and tested system of checks and balances to ensure that all of our contracts run smoothly in order to meet, and or exceed, customer expectations. ISS assigns qualified Project Managers at all of our client sites, along with a staff of experienced support technicians and administrative personnel to serve our customers.

Project Managers report directly to our Technical Operations Management team located in our Corporate Headquarters. The ISS operations management team possess over 25 years of experience in managing large (enterprise) customer contracts across the country. The operations management team has played an integral role in the start-up and on-going support of many large accounts with great success. Field Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management, Help Desk Management and Customer Account Management are all available and assigned to provide our clients with the highest level quality and support. In addition, our Vice President of Operations and President, possess a combined 60 years of experience in the IT services area and are also readily accessible and available to address critical client needs.

Our focus on Information Technology service and support means that ISS can deliver hardware and software support, in addition to complete site (or multi-site) life-cycle asset management for personal computers, laptops, servers, printers and peripherals, for mainframe terminals and peripherals, and for communications equipment.
