Brief Description of Work:
ISS provides computer maintenance and IT support services on over 10,000 PC and PC peripheral devices at various site locations throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding area, as well as many additional remote site locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. ISS provides dedicated on-site technicians to perform these primary functions and are further supported by additional ISS technicians to provide coverage in remote site locations and assistance at primary locations if necessary. All services are performed under strict performance criteria for both response and resolution time requirements.
ISS has also provided equipment warehousing, configuration, delivery and installation services, along with Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs) when requested. ISS also provided a full physical inventory and at one time maintained an active database of equipment being supported.

ISS has been IBC�s service provider of choice for the past 13 consecutive years. As a result of the quality services provided and our aggressive pricing structure, we continue to provide contract support services for this valued customer.


Brief Description of Work:
ISS is currently supporting over 35,000 devices, consisting of PC�s, laptops, servers, printers & terminals of a wide variety of makes and models for 24 hospitals, which comprise over 60 locations, in the New York Metropolitan area. Manufacturer�s equipment includes Apple, Compaq, Dell, Epson, Gateway, HP, IBM, Lexmark, NEC Toshiba and much more. ISS has a staff of support technicians onsite at various hospitals performing break/fix services, upgrades, installations, desktop support services, help desk services, networking and even detailed programming projects. New York City Hospitals has acknowledged the advantage of contracting with ISS as a single source solutions provider. They have utilized many of the various IT services we offer and have recognized an enhanced level of quality services at a reduced cost.

ISS has consistently met performance criteria throughout the contract for the past six years. As a result of the quality of services provided and our very aggressive pricing structure, we continue to provide contract support services to this valued customer.


Brief Description of Work:
After a thorough investigation of the capabilities and background of ISS, the New York City Transit Authority controlling the largest and most diverse public transit system in the country awarded a multi-year contract to ISS. We provided an entire dedicated support staff consisting of technical, administrative and management personnel that possess and perform various skill-sets and functions in support of this contract. ISS serviced and maintained in excess of 40,000 devices comprised of a wide variety of Multi-vendor equipment throughout the five boroughs of New York City. All maintenance was performed under strict performance criteria, which includes standard 5 x 12 coverage, as well as 24 x 7 coverage on mission critical equipment.
Additionally, ISS was selected, under a separate agreement, to conduct a company wide, equipment inventory of all of NYC Transit�s equipment for all locations. This project included the provision of equipment and customer information such as end user name, address, department, floor, room number, model number, serial number, asset tag number, etc. We not only completed the physical count, we entered all of the relevant information into a database that can be updated and kept as an on-going record of all new equipment purchased.

ISS has successfully provided maintenance services throughout the contract term and was NYCTA�s hardware maintenance provider of choice for over six years.


Brief Description of Work:
ISS provides a variety of computer maintenance and IT services for The Department of Agriculture's National Finance Center in New Orleans, LA. ISS provides a staff of dedicated on-site support technicians with varying skill sets and qualifications. Support entails a host of services to include break/fix repair, helpdesk and desktop support, imaging and IMAC services, inventory database management and networking & cabling services. Supported is provided on a wide variety of multi-vendor hardware and software products under strict performance criteria. ISS provides standard 5 x 12 coverage, as well as 24 x 7 coverage for critical devices and support functions.

ISS has been providing support services to the NFC for the past four consecutive years and has met and greatly improved the service levels required under this contract.
